Job Description:

• Advise the Cost Performance teams daytoday activities to deliver highquality budgets and rolling forecasts that support the Corporate Business Plan and Joint Venture submissions.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders enabling disciplined cost planning clear visibility and proactive management of risks and opportunities.

• Drive strong financial stewardship by prioritizing work setting clear expectations and developing team capability through coaching and mentoring.

• Ensure forecast accuracy and 100% ontime delivery of budgets forecasts and JV requirements.

• Partner with operational and functional stakeholders to ensure accurate Value of Work Done (WOWD) timely cost recognition and meaningful analysis against plan and forecast.

• Establish and maintain clear standards for progress measurement assumptions and governance to ensure data integrity and transparency.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives including digital and process enhancements to strengthen predictability and business value.

• Provide timely insightful management reporting that turns financial and operational data into clear actionable insights for leadership decisionmaking.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or Economics preferred.

• 5 years of relevant work experience.

• SAP experience is an advantage Excel experience required.

• Excellent English writing and verbal skills.

• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized detail-oriented and mindful of deadlines.

• Ability to work independently self-learn and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and highest level of integrity.

• Highly motivated with ability to learn quickly.

• Attention to details and problem-solving ability.

• Team player.

• The position is based in Israel and is open to candidates who are legally authorized to work in Israel.
