MARSH IRELAND GRADUATE PROGRAMME
Our Marsh Ireland Graduate Programme provides broad exposure and hands-on experience helping you develop a versatile skill set and deep expertise in your chosen field. Youll work alongside talented professionals and be empowered to identify and seize opportunities across Marsh Ireland.
Graduates will be part of a 2-year structured development programme that includes:
1. Core Area of Expertise (e.g. Marsh Functions - please read further below)
2. Learning and Professional Development opportunities and
3. Online learning from the European Early Careers Curriculum.
The programme will offer continuous opportunities to engage and network within the Irish and European curriculum.

WE WILL RELY ON YOU TO:
Support the planning execution and measurement of marketing campaigns across channels (email social media web events etc)
Assist with briefing in the creation of content assets to our design and digital marketing teams including social posts articles newsletters email communications and basic graphic assets
Assist with briefing in ad hoc website updates and content and checking links
Monitor and report on campaign performance using our analytics tools and produce clear summaries and recommendations
Contribute to event coordination and logistics for webinars workshops and industry events
Participate in team meetings brainstorms campaign planning and performance reviews contributing ideas and insights
Help manage and maintain the marketing calendar and budget and support with ad hoc marketing requests

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:
Bachelors degree in marketing Communication (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
Possess strong IT skills including intermediate skills in Outlook PowerPoint Word
Some experience or knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Marketo MPower Pardot Sales Force Google Ads and social media marketing would be an advantage
Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail is critical
Self-motivation and organisational skills essential
Strong planning and time management skills
Ability to network and build relationships with a wide network
Team player motivated high personal integrity
