About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer Backend to design and build scalable backend systems powering our AI Agentic Platform. You will work on services that enable intelligent workflows orchestration and context-aware interactions across platform capabilities.

This role combines strong backend engineering with practical application of emerging patterns such as agent-based systems and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

Backend Development & System Design

• Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build systems supporting context-aware workflows and AI-driven interactions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions with focus on scalability and maintainability.

AI Platform & Agent-Oriented Systems

• Develop services enabling orchestration task automation and agent-like workflows.
• Work with structured inputs/outputs context management and execution flows.
• Integrate AI capabilities into production systems with clear boundaries and safeguards.

Execution & Ownership

• Own features end-to-end from design to production.
• Ensure strong standards in testing observability and operational readiness.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues.

Scalability & Performance

• Build systems for high-throughput low-latency workloads.
• Optimize performance efficiency and cost.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Partner cross-functionally to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.

Qualifications

Experience

• 5 years of backend engineering experience.

Technical Expertise

• Strong proficiency in Java NodeJS Python or similar.
• Experience with distributed systems APIs databases and messaging systems.
• Cloud and containerization experience.

AI & Platform Awareness

• Experience working with AI-enabled systems automation workflows or platform services.
• Understanding of orchestration context handling or agent-like patterns.
