What You Will Do:
- Support work orders: Ensure service work orders are accurate properly charged and closed in a timely manner.
- Handle warranty claims: Process warranty and product improvement claims including submission followâup and related documentation.
- Maintain records and reporting: Keep service files reports customer profiles and equipment records organized and up to date.
- Be a service department partner: Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to support a smooth service operation.

What You Will Need:
- Strong organization: Ability to manage details documentation and multiple priorities in a fastâpaced environment.
- Customer service mindset: A focus on supporting others and delivering a positive experience for internal and external customers.
- Clear communication: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and conversation.
- Techâsavvy: Confidence using computers and systems with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Service process knowledge: Familiarity with service workflows procedures and terminology is preferred.
- Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
