As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) youll play a vital role in creating a supportive safe and caring environment for our residents. Youll be trusted not only for your clinical skills but also for your leadership and ability to make meaningful connections.

Heres what youll need to succeed:

• Current certificate of competence as a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• If graduated before 1985: completion of an approved medication administration course for RPNs

• Experience in long-term care is strongly preferred

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• A solid understanding of customer service and person-centered care

• Ability to interact effectively with residents families staff volunteers and healthcare professionals

• Proficiency in basic computer skills

• Physical ability to perform all delegated nursing duties
