Youll love coming to work every day if you get want and have the capacity to do the following:

• Support site teams in the day-to-day site operations including but not limited to work orders make ready and property condition upkeep.
• Assist in property specific projects outside of normal daily scope
• Aid in student turnover process
• Assist in special projects as assigned by Facilities Director
• Ability to adapt to various sites and staffs

Youll have success here if you value clear processes and do the following things:

• Lead Generation
• Lead Conversion
• Customer Fulfillment (The part where our maintenance teams excel!)

We train our team to help them succeed and everyone on our team helps with our this role youll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals:

• Help the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of 95%
• Complete 75%> of all work orders within 48 hours
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less
