About the Role
We have rare opportunity for aPractice Administration Manager(Clerical in Charge) to lead our Radiology Administration Team. Reporting to the Clerical Manager (Gold Coast based) you will lead the local clinics administration teamand work closely with clinical onsite manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of reception and clerical operations in the

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managingthe clinics reception and clerical team
• Mentoring training and ongoing support to administration staff
• Ensuring a high standard of customer servicefor patients and referring doctors
• Managingappointment diaries and workflow coordination
• Supporting patient registration and data accuracy
• Assisting withpractice billingprocesses and revenue cycle management
• Maintaining high standards ofprofessionalism confidentiality and clinic presentation
• Building strong working relationships with clinical teams and leadership

About You

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Previous radiology or medical administration experience (essential)
• Leadership or team coordination experience (essential)
• Experience usingRIS systems ideally Karisma
• Knowledge of radiology billing processes includingMedicare DVA WorkCover and inpatient billing
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive proactive attitude with the ability to support and motivate a team

This is a Full Time Permanent position working Monday to Friday. Clinic opening hours are: Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm - you working will be between these times. Annual salary and competitve rates offered.
