Room Attendant

Join the team at Ramada Plaza Nags Head Oceanfront as a Room Attendant where you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay at our Kill Devil Hills NC location. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds replenish linens and towels and ensure all amenities are stocked and presented neatly.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department promptly.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
