We are looking for experienced professionals in automotive sales car sales retail sales or commission-based sales who are ready to take advantage of a high-traffic showroom strong inventory and a proven sales process.

Responsibilities
Sell new and pre-owned Buick and GMC vehicles including trucks SUVs and luxury models
Work internet leads phone leads and showroom traffic
Utilize CRM (customer relationship management software) to track pipeline follow-ups and sales activity
Conduct professional vehicle presentations demonstrations and test drives
Guide customers through the full sales process from greeting to delivery
Close deals using a consultative customer-focused sales approach
Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Maintain consistent activity levels to hit monthly sales targets
Qualifications
1 years of automotive sales car sales or commission-based sales experience
Strong closing skills and customer service mindset
Experience with CRM systems (automotive CRM preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume sales environment
Self-motivated competitive and goal-oriented
Professional appearance and communication skills
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
High school diploma or GED required
Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
