Parts Counter Associate:

The Parts Counter Associate is responsible for supporting the service department and wholesale this position your responsibilities include quoting selling and stocking parts. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Work with technicians to identify parts accurately
• Complete special order part requests
• Communicate with the service department on parts status
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Understand and follow federal state and local regulations applicable to the industry

Requirements:

• Previous Ford dealership experience and working knowledge of DMS software (Dealertrak CDK etc.) is a plus
• Ability to identify problems quickly
• Knowledge of automobiles
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Strong reading computer and mathematics skills
• Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Positive friendly attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic

Compensation:

Hourly Wage ($20-$35/hour) plus Bonus
