Key Responsibilities

Coordinate caregiver schedules based on authorized hours and care plans
Adjust schedules to meet caregiver availability and coverage needs
Respond to call-outs and last-minute changes to maintain full coverage
Monitor scheduling accuracy for payroll and compliance
Ensure EVV compliance using systems such as HHAeXchange
Communicate with caregivers regarding schedules and expectations
Document updates and maintain accurate records
