• Proven experience in sales or design preferably in the home improvement industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to understand and interpret design concepts and customer needs.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for client visits.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of windows doors siding and roofing is a plus.
