Contract Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Contract Manager to join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in leading the safe compliant and highperforming delivery of integrated facilities services across multiple sites in Victoria with occasional travel to Brisbane. Reporting to the General Manager youll help deliver highquality outcomes that support our essential services and longterm client partnerships.

Please note this is a 12 month contract.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Lead the endtoend delivery of facilities and asset management services across a diverse portfolio of sites ensuring contractual safety and compliance obligations are met.

• Build trusted collaborative relationships with clients stakeholders and service partners to deliver consistent highquality outcomes.

• Drive strong commercial performance through effective contract management financial oversight and achievement of key performance indicators.

• Foster a positive inclusive and highperforming team culture with a strong focus on capability development and engagement.

• Proactively identify risks improvement opportunities and growth initiatives that enhance service delivery and longterm contract success.

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience in contract management within facilities management or a complex performancebased services environment.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets financial performance and contractual frameworks.

• A collaborative and empathetic leadership style with the ability to inspire support and develop diverse teams.

• Welldeveloped stakeholder management and communication skills with confidence engaging at all organisational levels.

• The flexibility to manage sites across Victoria and undertake adhoc travel to Brisbane as required.
