Job Summary

- Part-time (0.6 FTE) appointment on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
- Base salary range: $66987 $74199 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) lead the Universitys alumni philanthropic and community engagement strategies. Working collaboratively across the University the team supports meaningful longterm relationships with graduates and supporters helping to advance the Universitys strategic goals through engagement communication and datadriven insights.
About the opportunity
- Update and maintain alumni and community records including processing contact detail updates and postal returns ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Support the Advancement Services team by completing a range of routine and adhoc data updates within the CRM system in line with established processes and priorities.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by undertaking other related administrative tasks as directed to support program delivery and engagement outcomes.
About you
- Completion of Year 12 or a Certificate II with relevant work experience or an equivalent level of competency.
- Demonstrated experience in data entry or administrative support with the ability to manage routine tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to support senior staff and work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a structured work setting.
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite and webbased applications; exposure to CRM or customer databases is desirable but not essential.
