Partner Manager Supply Chain & Operations, EU GC
Job Summary
With over 200 global brands including Apple Google Netflix Airbnb Disney TikTok and Uber across six European countries this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital gifting.
To achieve this you will work closely with internal and external partners using commercial acumen and problem-solving skills to influence leadership decision-making and define a best-in-class supply chain strategy. Youll balance strategic partnership management with operational excellence helping customers find the perfect gift while building lasting relationships with leading brands across the EU region.
Key job responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to align on business priorities define shared opportunities drive timely decisions and establish effective communication channels.
- Supply Chain Strategy: Leverage data to optimize supply chain strategybalancing revenue growth profitability and customer experience.
- Process Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives supporting long-term business growth including demand planning product availability and incident response.
- Business Reporting: Monitor and own product availability KPIs including in-stock rate inventory coverage and fulfillment costs presenting insights and trends to European and Global Gift Cards leadership.
- Customer Experience: Partner with Global Gift Cards Product Tech and Catalog teams to troubleshoot issues and support successful rollout of new product features across European markets.
About the team
The Branded Gift Cards team is a key pillar within our Gift Cards division. We operate as part of the EU Payment Products organization which leads our comprehensive payment solutions portfolio including Co-branded Credit Cards and Instalments.
Our team brings together expertise across business development category management and promotional strategy. We work closely with a variety of teams globallyincluding Tech Catalog Data Science and Marketingto balance strategic partnership management with operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences across Europe.
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in project/program management supply chain and/or inventory management
- Experience analyzing metrics to drive business improvements
- Experience in English-language communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Experience with financial services payments or e-commerce
- Experience working with and managing third party vendors
