Regional Managing Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Regional Managing Project Manager for our West Jordan Utah location!

The Managing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the health accuracy and execution quality of projects within an assigned region. This role serves as the first layer of leadership above Project Managers ensuring consistent project reporting accurate system data (TaskRay) proactive issue escalation and strong cross-functional communication.

The Managing Project Manager focuses on project oversight PM coaching early risk detection process enforcement and regional performance improvement. This role is critical to scaling the Project Management organization while maintaining quality predictability and customer confidence.

Duties Include:

• Directly manage and mentor a team of Project Managers
• Balance project assignments and workloads to ensure sustainable capacity
• Serve as escalation point for high-risk projects customer concerns and internal blockers
• Review project health milestones and at-risk indicators
• Enforce standard PM processes SOPs and documentation quality
• Partner with Sales Field Services Design and Operations leadership
• Support onboarding training and performance development of PMs
• Maintain limited direct project ownership for complex or strategic projects

• 58 years in project management (multi-site / complex deployments preferred
• 24 years managing people (coaching accountability performance management)
• Proven ability to own full project lifecycle and drive consistent execution
• Strong in project systems & reporting (TaskRay/Salesforce or similar)
• Demonstrated risk identification escalation and cross-functional leadership
• Bachelors degree in business Construction Management Engineering or related field (preferred)
• PMP or equivalent certification (nice to have not required)
