Lead Client Advocate Technology Delivery Manager

Job Summary
The Lead Client Advocate Technology Delivery Manager is a client-facing leadership role that sits at the intersection of technology operations and client relations. This position is responsible for enabling and managing the delivery of technical and operational solutions for TIAAs most valued clients specifically the top 5% by assets and service complexity.
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted technology advisor and strategic partner to clients helping them navigate and optimize their technological setup while ensuring alignment with TIAAs capabilities and service standards. This role involves close collaboration with the Client Relations team and internal application development teams to drive delivery strengthen partnerships and elevate the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for developing detailed work plans schedules project estimates resource plans and status reports conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team while ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables.
- Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization.
- On some projects where applicable manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
- Primary focus is on day-to-day execution of deliverables with occasional contribution to broader planning within an area of expertise. Responsible as day-to-day technical or functional leader in area. Requires some specialized internal product knowledge. May have oversight for moderate to large projects/initiatives.

Work Experience
- 5 Years Required; 7 Years Preferred

- 5yrs of Project / Program Management experience
- Experience with Enterprise Release Management
- Experience with Vendor & Partnership Negotiations
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile and SAFe development
- Experience utilizing CAPA (root cause analysis and corrective / preventative actions)
- Experience with SPARK layout and file transfer processes
- Experience coordinating across Global Business Services
- Experience with Digital Transformation of Operations and Products
- Client facing experience preferred
- Retirement Technology experience preferred
Anticipated Posting End Date:
Base Pay Range: $150000/yr - $206000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic addition to base salary the competitive compensation package may include depending on the role participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example annual discretionary incentive programs non-annual sales incentive plans or other non-annual incentive plans).
