Trainee Client Administrator

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to customer and driver inquiries (internal and external) via phone and email in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal Holman departments to investigate issues and deliver closed-loop resolutions.
• Accurately log all inquiries issue details and resolutions within Holman systems.
• Provide regular status updates to clients on open items.
• Process fleet database updates duplicate material requests and activation/deactivation of fuel card PINs in accordance with client parameters.
• Update and audit client profiles and manage communications with third-party vendors.
• Serve as a dedicated single point of contact for assigned client(s).
• Manage end-to-end process coordination for supply chain activities including acquisition delivery and remarketing for a specific client.
• Host recurring meetings with clients vendors and internal teams to review topics such as order status driver concerns invoicing and operational updates.
• Support additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in customer service account management or retail preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated initiative independence and ability to multitask across client and departmental needs.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for decisions and outcomes.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including professional telephone communication and active listening.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
