What Youll Do

As aPharmacy Dispenser youll be an essential member of the pharmacy team supporting the safe and effective preparation of medications and ensuring the best possible service to our patients. Youll work closely with the Pharmacist and wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:
Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Label assemble and prepare medications for patients
Provide exceptional customer service and medication advice (under supervision)
Support stock control ordering and inventory management
Assist with NHS and private pharmacy services and public health campaigns
Maintain a safe clean and compliant working environment
Engage with the local community to promote accessible healthcare
Uphold pharmacy standards policies and GPhC regulations

What Were Looking For:

Experience in a community pharmacy setting (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Friendly professional and confident communication style
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Comfortable using pharmacy systems
A genuine passion for helping patients and supporting your community
