What You Will Do:

The Pratt & Whitney Columbus Forge Module Center is looking for a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Manager. Youll be responsible for managing a TPM team of skilled traders and following the MCoE TPM engagement standard work.

• Supervise a team that will Identify categorize and regularly review equipment; supervise team to schedule and maintain a cleaning schedule for equipment.

• Implement TPM/CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) standards and baseline current state of Equipment.

• Lead implementation of the TPM Process and ensure standard work deliverables with a future state analysis; guide team in best practice sharing and standardization of 6S and TPM projects

• Create and communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on new CORE processes and ensure training for personnel.

• Document benefits realized / Lessons Learned (Uptime OEE on time Delivery Yield Improvements ECT.)

• Complete and Maintain the TPM Engagement Charter

• Support other Reliability engineering projects with functional specification development and resource coordination to meet schedule and cost needs

• Ensure appropriate CORE tools are utilized (RCCA Autonomous Maintenance and PM optimization)

• Produce and drive technical writing processes to support the data collection to support and justify the team achievements with Forecasting and Planning.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelors degree and minimum 10 years experience in an engineering manufacturing operations machine maintenance or related environment OR a Masters degree and 7 or more years of experience in an engineering manufacturing operations machine maintenance or related environment

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

• Proficiency with Lean tools and processes

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Prior experience in a team lead/supervisory/managerial capacity

• SAP

• Experience in a deadline driven environment competing priorities

• Record of overcoming obstacles with limited resources in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

The salary range for this role is 132400 USD - 251600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
