Purpose: This role will drive launch excellence for future new products of the U.S. ACUVUE portfolio through end-to-end innovation readiness lifecycle management and integrated marketing planning.
This role will partner closely with U.S. Marketing Leadership U.S. Brand Owners and Global Strategic Marketing to prioritize the innovation pipeline translate global strategies into U.S. commercialization plans and elevate launch excellence through scalable playbooks governance and best practices.
In addition this role will strengthen the ACUVUE portfolio claims architecture by leading the development of compelling compliant and evidence-based claims that unlock growth through consumer & professional brand equity.
This role reports to the Director U.S. Brand Marketing (Reusable / Portfolio) and serves as a cross-functional integrator across Marketing Sales Commercial Ops Global Marketing R&D Medical Affairs Regulatory/Legal Finance Supply Chain and Insights.
You will be responsible for:
Lead U.S. Launch Excellence (LEX)
- Co-lead launches with U.S. brand owners leveraging established RACI & recipe cards to drive commercialization readiness across new product launches pack size introductions packaging refreshes parameter extensions and lifecycle management (LCM) upgrades.
- Establish scalable repeatable launch recipe cards and playbooks (RACI milestones deliverables) for the U.S. Market to clarify ownership accelerate decision-making and improve launch outcomes including governance cadences KPI dashboards and post-launch learning loops.
- Establish dashboards to track launch readiness leading/lagging KPIs and milestone performance; synthesize insights for leadership updates and course-correction recommendations.
Lead U.S. Integrated Marketing Planning (IMP)
- Own the brand planning rhythm for the U.S. ACUVUE portfolioensuring portfolio tactics are integrated into annual business planning and quarterly forecasting cycles.
- Establish regular business reviews to share upcoming programs track previous program results and codify learnings to improve effectiveness.
- Build and maintain RACI frameworks for marketing and cross-functional partners to improve speed clarity and execution quality.
- Partner with training agency and internal stakeholders to develop and optimize templates tools and processes that reduce rework and elevate marketing excellence.
Support U.S. Innovation Pipeline Strategic Planning & Forecast Integration
- Provide feedback and develop required U.S. business cases for innovation based on U.S. business needs and market dynamics identifying critical dependencies risks and tradeoffs; drive solutions with cross-functional partners
- Support shaping the future of the U.S. portfolio pipeline in partnership with U.S. Marketing Leadership & Global Strategic Marketing by informing prioritization with U.S. market needs competitive dynamics and executional readiness.
- Partner with Finance and Insights & Analytics to translate portfolio strategy into volume & value assumptions across short- & long-range financial planning cycles.
Support U.S. Portfolio Management Support & Claims Architecture
- Develop and strengthen claims for the ACUVUE portfolio by translating clinical technical and consumer insights into differentiated evidence-based messaging for Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and consumers.
- Strengthen portfolio claims architecture to improve consistency across brands and channels and enable faster content development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelors degree is required. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing sales or commercial experience is required.
- Product Launch experience with documented success is required.
- Experience in Optical industry contracting and strategic accounts is preferred.
- Ability to forge internal collaboration across all levels of the enterprise is required.
- Strong influencing skills with internal and external partners is required.
This position is located in Jacksonville Florida and requires up to 20% domestic travel.
