Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. This role involves assessing patient needs administering treatments and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and document medical histories accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies
- Ensure adherence to safety infection control and regulatory standards
- Support team collaboration and maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of clinical or hospital experience
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Experience with EMR systems
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
