Junior Learning & Development Specialist

Job Summary
- You coordinate and verify the administrative recording of training programs in the Learning Management System (LMS) in collaboration with the Global Learning Administration Services team (India).
- You manage the logistical processes such as invitations evaluations vendor management and content management and the associated communications.
- Collaborate on the curation of engaging learning content for our Learning Experience Platform.
- Use AI tools and learning analytics to streamline administrative tasks enhance content curation and learning experiences while ensuring ethical and secure use of data.
- Compile maintain and report key management information and learning metrics.
- Respond promptly and effectively to secondline learning enquiries from participants course owners and facilitators.
- Contribute to an internal learning project for example in Learning Experience Measurement & Impact or Branding & Marketing.
- Thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment where priorities can shift rapidly. You adapt quickly and deliver reliably.
Qualifications :
As part of the L&D team you will work with the L&D Specialist and L&D Manager to build a sustainable L&D offering. You enjoy organizing and collaborating. You communicate clearly across levels and proactively spot opportunities to improve. Additionally for the role of Junior L&D Specialist you should possess the following:
- A completed Bachelors degree preferably in Educational Sciences Business Administration Human Resource Management or a related field.
- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills; you are service-oriented with excellent planning and organisational abilities.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms is a pre.
- Experience or familiarity with AI productivity tools and basic learning analytics is desirable.
- Demonstrable adaptability and the ability to prioritise in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate at various levels.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English spoken and written.
