Job Title: Billing Specialist (German Speaking)
Location: Milton Keynes/London (Remote/Hybrid)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist who speaks German & English to join our Finance Business Services this role you will be responsible for producing accurate timely and compliant invoices for a designated region while supporting a high-quality billing experience for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Working across multiple systems including SAP youll play a key role in ensuring billing accuracy resolving queries and maintaining strong financial controls. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving and working with data.
Responsibilities
Produce accurate and complete client invoices in line with contract terms and pricing
Review billing outputs to ensure quality accuracy and adherence to SLAs
Investigate and resolve billing queries identifying root causes and implementing solutions
Manage day-to-day correspondence with internal teams and external clients
Extract interpret and reconcile data from multiple systems to support invoicing
Input billing details into SAP and maintain accurate system records for audit purposes
Ensure compliance with financial policies VAT regulations and audit standards
Support wider finance activities including process improvements and ad hoc tasks
Meet KPIs relating to accuracy timeliness and query resolution
To be successful in this role you will have:
Fluency in English and German
Experience in a billing or finance operations role
Strong knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system
Experience managing complex billing cycles across multiple data sources
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Intermediate Excel skills and good working knowledge of MS Office
