Job Summary
Automotive Service Planner/Advisor required near Heathrow
up to 33000 basic salary
Monday to Friday 7AM till 4PM and Saturday AM on rota
Our client a growing Automotive Service Centre is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Planner to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established family-run business where you will play a key role within the Service Department. Working closely with Senior Management and the manufacturer you will help ensure the department operates efficiently and delivers a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancing the overall customer experience by delivering added value at every opportunity
- Keeping the Service Department organised and forward-planned for upcoming bookings
- Supporting both the workshop team and customers with clear and effective communication
- Creating and managing service plans for customers where required
