Operator Technician LRP (APU 1 A)

Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Review Daily Production Schedule for prioritizing sample and production label needs.
- Utilize SAP system to prepare and manage LRP labels and documents
- Ensure that the traceability of Labels is in the LRP.
- Ensures all unused destroyed or damaged labels are accounted for.
- Retrieve required documentation out of the Training Management System (TMS) to assist with quality related decisions.
- Label product per customer specification inside and outside of the clean rooms.
- Inspect staged shipments to ensure it meets customer requirements.
- Perform final skid labeling requirements.
- Design and maintain label requirements in Loftware.
- Maintain Label inventory and Label Master Book.
- Complete LRPs including opening and closing of lots ensuring all paperwork is mistake free.
- Provide suggestions and take active role in process improvements to eliminate non-value-added activity.
- Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO environment health and safety continuous improvement LEAN initiatives good manufacturing practices and standard work procedures.
- Maintain a clean workspace and 5S standards in all work areas.
- Provide support to Production Supervisor as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Sits for 70% and stands and/or walks 30% of shift moving to and from machines in the clean room and in the warehouse. Some bending to pick up 3-lbs roles of labels.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Basic math skills
- PC skills
- Attention to detail
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Works in a clean manufacturing and warehouse environment that may include moderate noise levels.

Additional Information :
PAY RANGE: $18.00 USD - $25.00 USD Hourly (This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.)
SHIFT SCHEDULE: 12-Hour Rotating Shift pattern (2-2-3 Rotating Schedule requiring work every other weekend) from 6:00 AM to 6:15 PM
