Integration Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Integration Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric to design build and operate modern data and integration solutions across the enterprise. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment demonstrate creativity and innovation and bring a modern platform-centric approach to data integration and analytics. This role plays a key part in enabling reliable data movement API-based integrations and scalable analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure services.
What youre responsible for:
- Design and develop integration solutions using Microsoft Fabric including Lakehouses Warehouses Data Pipelines and OneLake
- Develop and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Fabric Data Pipelines and notebook-based transformations (ELT)
- Build integrations across diverse source and target systems including SaaS and enterprise applications APIs flat files databases and streaming sources
- Develop and optimize data models to support analytics reporting and downstream consumption
- Monitor and tune performance of data pipelines queries and transformations
- Implement best practices for data security governance and access control in Fabric and Azure
- Collaborate on architecture standards and design patterns for enterprise integration and analytics
- Review integration designs and code to ensure compliance with development standards and best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture and integration design artifacts
- Participate in Agile delivery teams and contribute within DevOps and DataOps practices
- Support and enhance existing integration and analytics solutions
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
- 5 years of experience in data engineering or integration development
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric including OneLake Lakehouse Warehouse Data Pipelines and notebooks
- Strong experience with data integration and API-based architectures
- Proficiency in SQL and query optimization
- Programming experience with Python and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design JSON and modern integration patterns
- Experience integrating ERP or enterprise systems such as Dynamics 365 or similar
- Familiarity with Azure services such as Functions Logic Apps Service Bus and Event Hub
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
Assets / Nice to Have:
- Experience with CI/CD for data and integration solutions
- Exposure to data governance and data quality practices
- Microsoft certifications such as Fabric Analytics Engineer or Azure Data Engineer Associate
- Experience mentoring or leading engineers
- Knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure automation concepts
