Key Information:

• Location: Front Royal VA

• Pay: Starting at $29.00/hour (based on experience)

• Schedule: Sunday Thursday 9:00 PM 5:30 AM (overtime as needed)

What Youll Be Doing:

Youll be the backbone of our automated distribution center keeping critical systems running smoothly and jumping in when things need fixing.

On any given night youll:

• Own the floor maintain and troubleshoot cutting-edge systems like:

  • AutoStore robotics

  • Dematic conveyor systems

  • Packsize packaging equipment (x4 & x7)

• Keep operations moving diagnose issues fast and get equipment back online with minimal downtime

• Run preventative maintenance stay ahead of breakdowns across:

  • Electrical plumbing HVAC generators and facility systems

• Be the go-to expert (SME) identify opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency

• Support the full facility from fire/life safety systems to lighting cleanliness and overall building upkeep

• Partner across teams collaborate with Operations IT HR and outside vendors to keep everything aligned

• Stay safety-focused follow all PPE OSHA and facility standards while proactively addressing hazards

What Were Looking For:

You dont have to know everythingbut you do need to know your way around tools systems and problem-solving.

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 3 years of maintenance or technical experience

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Tools repairs and troubleshooting

  • Automated systems conveyors or robotics (huge plus)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-driven environment

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Comfortable using systems/software to track and manage work

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs consistently and up to 90 lbs via a team-lift

Work Environment:

• Distribution center environment with exposure to moving equipment and varying temperatures

• Requires standing walking lifting and working with tools and machinery

• Must be able to work overnight shift and overtime as needed
