Technical Assistant quality control cell-based therapies (mIfId)

Together with the teams from manufacturing quality assurance and development you will create a dynamic GMP environment in which collaboration and innovation are practiced daily.

• You carry out precise quality control analyses in the GMP laboratory evaluate data and document results according to the highest GMP standards. This ensures that our therapeutic products always achieve the required quality.
• You create GMP documents such as SOPs changes and deviations and ensure clear understandable and compliant documentation.
• With your sense of improvement you will contribute to continuously optimizing processes making processes more efficient and further developing our quality standards.
• Through your commitment to an innovative and growing environment you will work on a variety of tasks and support the development and clinical supply of novel therapies against cancer.

Qualifications :

• You have completed training as a BTA MTA CTA PTA or a bachelors degree in natural sciences. Ideally you already have experience in quality control in a GMP-regulated production environment.
• Ideally you have already acquired practical knowledge of quality control methods such as flow cytometry and qPCR-based procedures for determining the vector copy number and detecting mycoplasmas. Basic knowledge of visual inspection as well as microbiological tests and endotoxin tests would be ideal.
• Even under pressure you work in a quality-conscious responsible and structured manner.
• Due to the timely analyses required as part of CAR-T cell therapy you have a strong willingness to work both early in the morning and in the late afternoon or evening if necessary.
• You communicate fluently in spoken and written English and can appear clear and conciliatory even in stressful moments.
• Skills in speaking reading and writing German are desired and are a plus
