This role sits within CastlemainsClass Action Advisory and Communicationspractice.

About the Role

As an Intern Project Coordinator youll be part of a fast-moving team doing work that makes a real impact. Youll support a variety of communications and marketing projects including web updates email and social campaigns and app-related initiatives while collaborating with clients vendors and internal teams in a dynamic agency-style environment.

This internship is ideal for someone who is eager to learn brings a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and thrives in a fluid deadline-driven setting. Youll help keep projects on track by supporting timelines documentation communication and coordination across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of projects within an assigned portfolio
  • Gather requirements and document scopes of work
  • Build and track budgets timelines and project plans
  • Coordinate internal team resources and external vendors and suppliers
  • Track deliverables and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
  • Identify flag and support mitigation of project risks and issues
  • Support stakeholder communication by sharing updates and next steps
  • Participate in brainstorming and planning meetings
  • Organize weekly status calls notes and budget check-ins
  • Create and maintain project documentation including briefs status reports and trackers
  • Contribute to high-quality outcomes while supporting scope timing and budget constraints

What Were Looking For

  • Experience or interest in project coordination within marketing advertising or communications (internship co-op school projects or part-time experience welcomed)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborative approach and comfort working with diverse teams and personalities
  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and ambiguous requirements and to propose practical solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including clear and professional client-facing communication
  • Creative and curious mindset with an interest in marketing channels such as web email social and digital campaigns
  • Bonus: exposure to agency environments vendor coordination or project management tools such as Asana Trello Monday Jira or Excel/Sheets

Experience

  • 01 year of relevant academic internship or entry-level professional experience

Compensation

Castlemain interns are paid at least minimum wage for a standard 40-hour work week in accordance with applicable Provincial Government employment guidelines.
