The Silver Lake Regional School District and Superintendency Union #31 districts are seeking Site Coordinators to oversee the Extended School Year (ESY) program.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify eligible students for programs
- Collect data regarding IEP services
- Recruit and select staff for ESY programs
- Confirm program needs (space supplies staffing etc.)
- Meet with staff regarding responsibilities
- Manage payroll time-sheets throughout the program
- Meet regularly with the Director of Student Services regarding program planning and execution
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Expectations of hours:
- Planning prior to program start on 7/6 (40 hours)
- May 1st to June 30th (32 hours)
- July 1st to July 2nd to include (8 hours)
- Orientation and Open House July 2nd
- Safety Care Training (10 hours as needed/ certified)
- Onsite 20 days for 5 hours/day (100 hours)
- Wrap Up (8 hours)
ESY Program Overview
- Students participate in the program from July 7 -August 6 2026 Monday - Thursday
- ESY programs serve students aged 3-22
- Orientation and Open House July 2 2026 8am - 12pm
- Days & times of services:
- Grades K-12: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
- PreK: 8:30 - 11 or 9 - 11:30
- Staff start time is 8:15am coordinator start time is 8:00am
Compensation for this assignment will be $46 per hour.
