Job Title: Senior Financial Manager
Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI (SAP eligible required)

Position Summary

The Senior Financial Manager provides strategic financial leadership and oversight for large-scale high-value technology programs. This role supports complex Department of Defense (DoD) initiatives ensuring compliance with financial policies effective stakeholder communication and integration with enterprise financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning execution and oversight for programs exceeding $100M in value
• Manage stakeholder communications related to financial performance budgeting and reporting
• Ensure compliance with DoD and Air Force financial management policies and procedures
• Support financial operations across program lifecycle phases including design manufacturing integration and testing
• Provide analysis and reporting using SAP and other financial systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with program objectives

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 15 years of experience in SAP project management financial systems project liaison roles and statistical analysis
• 8 years of experience supporting Air Force Special Access Program CORE (AF SAP CORE) Capability Viewpoint 2 (CV2) and Specialized Accounting and Finance Enterprise System (SAFES)
• 10 years of experience managing financial oversight and stakeholder communications for large-scale technology programs valued at $100M or more
• 5 years of experience applying policies procedures and standards from SAF/FMBIB (Secretary of the Air Force Financial Management Investment and Budget Branch) or managing a portfolio of technology development programs

Education:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university (any field)

Security Requirement:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree from an accredited college or university
• Prior military or Department of Defense (DoD) experience
