Job Summary
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Elkins West Virginia
Duration: 15 Weeks (Contract)
Schedule:
- Shift: Day Shift
- Hours: 3x12-Hour Shifts
- Timing: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Break: 30-minute unpaid meal break
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. This is a stable contract opportunity with guaranteed hours ideal for candidates looking for consistency and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications:
- Active LPN License (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
