Overview
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory management timely order fulfillment and efficient material flow. This role plays a critical part in supporting service parts and sales departments by ensuring parts and materials are received stored and distributed accurately and safely.
By maintaining organization process discipline and strong communication the Warehouse Coordinator helps drive operational efficiency minimize downtime and support overall dealership performance.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving stocking picking packing and shipping of parts and materials.
Ensure accurate inventory control by performing cycle counts reconciling discrepancies and maintaining organized storage locations.
Receive inbound shipments verify contents against packing slips and ensure timely and accurate system entry.
Support service and parts departments by ensuring timely delivery and availability of parts to minimize technician downtime.
Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety and OSHA standards.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts pallet jacks and scanners in a safe and efficient manner.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages backorders or discrepancies to leadership.
Assist with vendor coordination returns and warranty-related parts handling as needed.
Utilize inventory management systems and DMS platforms to track parts movement and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with parts service and operations teams to improve warehouse processes and workflow efficiency.
General Knowledge and Skills You Will Need
Strong organizational and inventory management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Commitment to safety cleanliness and process adherence.
Ability to lift move and handle parts and materials as required by the role.
Desired Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse inventory or logistics experience preferred
Forklift certification a plus
