Lead a High-Performing Automotive Shop

Were looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager / Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of a professional automotive repair facility.

What Youll Do:

As the Operating Partner you will lead the overall success of the shop.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead coach and develop the shop team
• Manage daily shop operations and workflow
• Maintain company standards systems and values
• Sell repair and maintenance services using transparent communication
• Monitor technician productivity and shop efficiency
• Conduct hiring onboarding and training of team members
• Perform employee coaching and performance reviews
• Manage inventory vendor relationships and warranty administration
• Monitor financial performance and shop profitability
• Handle customer concerns and service recovery
• Ensure shop safety and operational standards

Great leaders in this role believe no task is too small when it comes to supporting the team and serving customers.

What Were Looking For:

• 2 years automotive shop management experience
• 1 year sales experience or strong service sales ability
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing technicians and service advisors
• Ability to manage workflow productivity and shop performance
• Comfortable reviewing financial reports and shop KPIs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
