Palgrave CE Primary School is seeking an inspiring EYFS Lead and Senior Class Teacher (with DSL responsibility) to join our warm valuesdriven village school. We are looking for a passionate skilled practitioner who can:

  • lead our Early Years Foundation Stage with vision creativity and deep understanding of child development

  • model exceptional teaching that secures strong progress for all children

  • shape an inspiring EYFS environment rooted in play exploration and highquality interactions

  • be proactive in strengthening existing links with local nurseries and preschools

  • act as the schools Designated Safeguarding Lead promoting a strong safeguarding culture

  • support wholeschool improvement as part of the Senior Leadership Team

  • build strong relationships with families and the wider community

  • champion our Christian vision and values in daily practice.
