How to set up your Job Description in Greenhouse:
- Step 1: Review the Datapeople workflow documentation: Datapeople User Guide for Recruiters
- Step 2: Download the Datapeople Chrome extension (this enables you to use the Datapeople tool without needing to leave Greenhouse)
- Step 3: To start writing your JD click the purple Datapeople icon (next to the Job Name field)
- Step 4: Click Write New Draft or Apply Template
- Step 5: Enter the Job Title and Location. Use the General (Default) template.
- Step 7: Add 3-5 sentences about the team and role
- Step 8: Add 5-6 bullets under the You Will heading to describe the responsibilities and tasks the person in this role will execute
- Step 9: Add 5-6 bullets under the You Have headings to describe the basic required qualifications and experience needed for this role
