A Sales Lot Tech is essential to maintaining a well-organized dealership keeping vehicles
spotless and showroom-ready while supporting both the sales and service teams. Ideal
candidates are hardworking passionate about powersports equipment and take pride
in creating an outstanding first impression for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles by washing polishing cleaning and vacuuming to adhere to dealership specifications.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment when performing details and correctly follow safety practices.
• Empty garbage throughout the dealership and perform general clean up duties.
• Check in regularly with management to see if they need any assistance.
• Keep the lot clean and maintain the sidewalks ensuring that they are clean and debris free and ice melt is laid down in the winter (if applicable).
• Pull vehicles in at the end of the day and assist in closing out of the shop as well as any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a lot Attendant in the Powersports industry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles parts and accessories.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and great interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Lift a minimum weight of 30 lbs.
• Be physically fit and able to bend twist and pull.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Proficient in the operation of trailers for vehicle hauling with a strong focus on safety and reliability.
