Service Advisor Main Dealer Crawley Area

Monday to Friday with an OTE of 40000

Were currently recruiting on behalf of our client a well-established and reputable main dealer in the Crawley area for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy and customer-focused team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in the automotive industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role:
As a Service Advisor you will be the key point of contact for customers ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish. Youll liaise between customers and the workshop providing updates managing bookings and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and handling service enquiries
• Booking in vehicles and managing workshop schedules
• Providing clear and accurate updates on vehicle progress
• Upselling additional services where appropriate
• Ensuring a high standard of customer care at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment is essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Strong customer service focus

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8:00am 6:00pm

• On-target earnings of around 40000
• 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
