Job Summary
Purpose
In this role you will support the Leader Accounts Payable within the Finance & Accounting Center of Excellence (CoE) and contribute to driving key initiatives in the Purchase to Pay (PTP) area across the EMENA region.
Main Responsibilities
- Definition of business and technical requirements for process optimizations and automation initiatives in the Accounts Payable (PTP) area
- Implementing and supporting Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions such as xFlow and/or OpenText for SAP
- Coordinating and managing the PTP activities of the external Shared Service Center for the LIXIL EMENA region
- Proactively identifying functional and processrelated issues harmonization potential and developing supporting documentation and work instructions for the PTP area especially for the BPO provider
- Implementing new processes and optimizing existing processes and solutions within PTP
- Preparing and analyzing monthly performance evaluations for the respective country organizations
- Working independently while collaborating closely with the central CoE team in Germany across the EMENA region
- This role requires a strong process mindset the ability to work independently and a collaborative approach to driving improvements across a regional scope.
Job Requirements
- Apprenticeship or a bachelors degree in economics with a focus on finance and accounting
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position within the PTP environment (e.g. SSC Finance Operations process consulting)
- Willingness and ability to delve deeply into technical topics
- Solid professional experience in the PTP fieldideally within the Center of Excellence of a shared services environment
- Strong communication skills ability to work in a team and a structured selfdirected work style
- Passion for innovation and strong technical understanding of digital tools
- Knowledge of SAP (MM/FI) and common PTP platforms (e.g. ARIBA)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Enjoyment of working in a highly international environment
