Sr. Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance teams within established operational and sitemaintenance systems.
• Execute and enhance the site maintenance plan ensuring reliability and performance targets are met.
• Drive Health Safety and Environment (HSE) compliance and continuous improvement addressing risks and nonconformances proactively.
• Communicate local action plans and align maintenance activities with functional strategy and organizational objectives.
• Contribute to annual business planning including budgeting resource planning and business case development.
• Manage performance through clear objectives KPIs accountability and corrective actions when needed.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous operational improvements.
• Ensure operational compliance with policies procedures and regulatory standards.
• Develop organizational capability by identifying skill gaps coaching team members and supporting technical development.
• Promote effective internal communication and collaboration across functions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent level (Engineering or technical discipline preferred).
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in maintenance or engineering roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of maintenance systems HSE requirements and operational compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams manage priorities and drive performance.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Excellent communication problemsolving and stakeholder engagement skills.
