Join us as an Assistant Manager Residential Services and be part of something bigger.
What youll do
Youll play a key role in supporting the Residential Services Manager to ensure highquality personcentred care for residents. Youll lead staff oversee operational systems support compliance and accreditation and help create a safe positive and learningfocused environment.
Youll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:
Providing daytoday leadership guidance and mentoring to staff
Overseeing operational functions including rosters documentation and service delivery
Coordinating quality audit and compliance activities
Managing incidents feedback and complaints within required timeframes
Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring WHS processes are followed
What youll bring
To thrive in this role you will have:
Strong knowledge of aged care standards compliance and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage performance support staff and build a positive team culture
Leadership experience in aged care or a similar healthrelated environment
We would also love you to have:
Tertiary qualifications in business leadership or a healthrelated field
Experience working in a multidisciplinary service
Skills in audits analysis problemsolving and stakeholder engagement
