Job Summary
Your mission as an SDR (Sales Development Representative)
Your main objective: generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects for the sales team.
In practice you will:
Understand and identify the challenges faced by our prospects (HR teams / Executives) Prospect via phone this is a hunter role
Generate qualified meetings and log all collected prospect data into our CRM
Qualify leads: understand prospects needs explain how our platform works and generate genuine interest
Work in tandem with Account Executives and hand off qualified leads
Progressively level up: shadow AEs in client meetings and learn the fundamentals of closing
