You will support theI2M and IIM process for site / cluster and ensureeffective planning and execution ofchange as it relates to new and existing products packaging and processes for a plant or cluster. At the plant level you will work on change management and innovation management capabilities.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Support Project Development / Execution: Support I2M/IIM (Innovation 2 Market; Initiative Management) within thesite;Provide site AR write ups & prepare critical site inputs to the Regional BD specifically for IIM DesignReviews (DR2 DR6); Leads Project Verification (DR7); Design Reviews (DR4) onward lead Plant activities:Master data Art Work Raw/Pack Material availability Track timings and report to project team. Act asthe source of internal and external information (contact for Commercial stakeholders and is the keyinterface between Category and Engineering / Manufacturing / R&D).Lead site post project evaluationand communication planning and execution of promotional activities within the I2M process
• Support Site Strategic Plan / Annual Contract creation: Support the site director in developing the site strategy andplant road map. Be the key partner for Product Supply team on sourcing/capacity expansion ensure fullintegration of Innovation/Renovation plans in 421 into site supply plans. Partner effectively withEngineering to build the site CAPEX budget. Ensure planning of the capital budget bottom up includingprioritization (i.e. integration with the full site agenda specifically alignment of the annual timetable)
• Drive Ongoing business and Simplification: Integrate overall site change management agenda to ensuredelivery of projects while maintaining service levels. Manage ongoing reprioritization De-complexityagenda and support the delivery of the site productivity and improvement agenda. Ensure execution ofregional /global menu cards and ensure that manufacturing hurdle rates are Product supplyfor assessment of manufacturing solutions for current supply and demand gaps in the site
• Lead coach and build Capability of the Business development change coordinator(s) within the plant andother Key stakeholders.

What you will bring

• Strong operational & manufacturing experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productivemaintenance 5s LEAN 6 sigma tools and concepts Safety & GMP standard
• Good understanding of end-to-end processes in the manufacturing and business environment; workingknowledge of commercialization process (I2M); project leadership / management skills and technical andfinancial aspects of the business
• Strategic thinking while having ability to excel in leading tacticalprograms
• Highly action oriented drive for results innovative challenging actual set-ups entrepreneurialability
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) coaching and leadership skills in a team-based environment
• Demonstrated abilities in analytics problem solving and team building
• Possess excellent interpersonalskills and be able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization

SME Lead

Als SME Lead ben jij de expert die ervoor zorgt dat onze productieprocessen voor chocolade en biscuits betrouwbaar efficiënt en veilig zijn. Je werkt mee aan nieuwe producten verbeterprojecten en uitbreidingen in verschillende fabrieken. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles technisch klopt en dat onze producten voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

1. Technisch Expert in Chocolade- en Biscuitprocessen

• Je bent de specialist waar collegas uit verschillende landen op vertrouwen.
• Je bepaalt hoe onze processen moeten verlopen en welke instellingen belangrijk zijn.
• Je zorgt dat onze manier van werken voldoet aan alle kwaliteits- en veiligheidsregels.

2. Meewerken aan nieuwe producten en verbeteringen

• Je begeleidt testen proefproducties en de eerste echte productieruns.
• Je ziet risicos op tijd en zorgt dat problemen worden voorkomen.
• Je helpt ervoor te zorgen dat nieuwe producten meteen goed worden geproduceerd.

3. Verbeteren van productieprocessen

• Je werkt aan betere procesinstellingen bijvoorbeeld voor de juiste dikte structuur of temperatuur.
• Je gebruikt methodes zoals IL6S om verspilling te verminderen en de productie te versnellen.
• Je helpt knelpunten op te lossen en lijnen efficiënter te maken.

4. Aansturen van experts oplossen van complexe problemen en borgen van kennis

• Je geeft leiding aan een team van minstens drie andere experts binnen jouw vakgebied.
• Je helpt de fabriek bij complexe technische problemen.
• Je bent het aanspreekpunt wanneer er grote of terugkerende problemen zijn.
• Je helpt actief mee om kennis rond foodtechnology in de fabriek vast te leggen te ontwikkelen en te borgen.
• Je speelt een sleutelrol in het RTSprogramma waar je standaarden mee opzet uitwerkt en duurzaam verankert.
• Je werkt met zowel food technology als packaging technology.
• Je traint collegas en zorgt dat kennis goed wordt vastgelegd en gedeeld.
• Je verspreidt best practices binnen het hele netwerk.

5. Toezicht op regels veiligheid en risicos

• Je zorgt dat we voldoen aan alle regels rond voedselveiligheid en kwaliteit.
• Je ondersteunt audits en helpt bij het onderzoeken van incidenten.
• Je geeft technisch advies bij investeringen en nieuwe machines.
• Je zorgt dat alle processen goed gedocumenteerd en gecontroleerd worden.

• Je hebt ruime ervaring in productie en procestechnologie bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie (FMCG).
• Je hebt eerder gewerkt als technisch expert voor meerdere fabrieken.
• Je kent industriële verwerkingsapparatuur goed.
• Je hebt diepgaande kennis van voedingsprocessen zoals kristallisatie en reologie.
• Je bent sterk in voedselveiligheid GMP en kwaliteitssystemen.
• Je hebt ervaring met innovatieprojecten opschaling en investeringsprojecten.
