As the Order Operations Support Supervisor reporting to the Global Planning and Demand Management (GPDM) organization you will lead global support for machine and worktools order management operations. This role provides leadership across order operations systems and processes ensuring business continuity governance data compliance and production readiness. Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) you will support and optimize platforms including CMOPS Mach1 MSF Orders 360 and related downstream systems. You will work closely across departments and dealer partners to translate business needs into effective operational and system solutions while supporting deployments issue resolution compliance and continuous improvement.

What you will do:

  • Lead the global Orders Operations Support team.

  • Ensure business continuity effective issue management drive continuous improvement solution delivery and system performance.

  • Translate business requirements into process and functional specifications.

  • Oversee and execute order operations systems testing validation change management activities training and documentation.

  • Ensure governance compliance and production readiness of existing and new products and processes managing transitions from development to production.

Top candidates will also have:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferably in Business Supply Chain or Marketing

  • Experience in Order Management Sales Operations Marketing Operations or Business Development roles

  • Hands-on user experience with Mach1 EOMP SAP and enterprise order management systems

  • Experience designing implementing and leading business processes and system-enabled workflows

  • Proven people leadership experience in a global or cross-functional environment

  • Familiarity with SAP governance data compliance and system audit controls

Summary Pay Range:

$147760.00 - $221640.00
