Asset Management Intermediary Sales East China VP
Job Summary
Responsibility:
- In accordance with the regional intermediary business development plan develop sales plans and implementation strategies and organize sales promotion to ensure efficient and orderly development of the regional intermediary business.
- Maintain senior-level relationships with core distributors in Jiangsu and regions nearby (e.g. Anhui etc.) assist distributors managers of local branches in formulating sales strategies strive for policy and resources and promote comprehensive and diversified cooperation with these distributors.
Promote the companys brand culture and values in the region enhance the brands influence and visibility; keep abreast of market distributor and industry information and trends.
- Fulfill assigned individual sales targets and conduct sales work for responsible channels.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company and supervisors.
- 根据区域代销业务发展规划制定工作计划和执行策略组织有序销售推动确保所属区域代销业务高效有序发展
- 负责维护所属江苏地区及周边地区如安徽等核心渠道的高层关系协助负责该分行的渠道经理制定渠道策略争取政策资源推动与该渠道的全面多元合作机会
负责在所属区域内传递公司品牌文化和价值建立公司品牌在区域内的影响力和知名度掌握市场渠道同行等有效信息与发展
- 完成个人被分配到的销售任务做好所负责渠道的销售工作
- 完成公司及上级主管交办的其它任务
Requirement
- 5 years of experience in intermediary business in fund management industry in Jiangsu and nearby regions in East China
- Proven track record of individual business development results
- In-depth industry insight and market know-how in China fund management industry
- Risk control awareness driven and focused with teamwork spirit
AMAC required certificated obtained
- 5 年以上华东市场尤其是江苏等地区的基金行业渠道销售业务经验
