About the role
The APMT role is part of the Technical Programme Delivery stream. This position focuses on delivering value to customers at the right time by using the most appropriate tools frameworks and ways of working.
This is an individual contributor role with a strong focus on applying technical and functional expertise to achieve results. While people management is not the main responsibility the role may include coaching or mentoring less experienced colleagues and contributing to process or program oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver assigned initiatives projects or work packages on time and with high quality
- Apply technical and functional knowledge to solve common business challenges
- Work independently on most topics following established practices and policies
- Seek guidance for complex or non-standard situations when needed
- Contribute to planning tracking and execution of technical programs or processes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and understand interdependencies
- Support continuous improvement of tools frameworks and delivery practices
- Informally guide or support less experienced team members when required
What you bring
- Solid experience and in-depth knowledge in a relevant technical or functional area
- Ability to manage your own work and priorities with minimal supervision
- Experience working within defined processes standards or delivery frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic mindset
- Good understanding of how your role connects with other functions in the business
- Clear communication skills and ability to influence without formal authority
Level of autonomy & impact
- Handles most work situations independently
- Receives limited guidance and escalates only complex or non-routine topics
- Applies judgment based on precedents and defined policies
- Contributes to tactical decisions within the function
- Supports team performance and delivery outcomes

- Experience in technical program or project delivery
- Exposure to coordinating work across multiple teams or stakeholders
