Public Health Project Lead

• Lead planning execution and delivery of complex public health data projects across multiple teams and workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including epidemiologists data scientists statisticians analysts and public health advisors
• Manage project timelines budgets deliverables and performance metrics
• Ensure alignment with program goals related to HIV monitoring prevention and care outcomes
• Oversee data governance and quality practices to ensure accuracy consistency and compliance
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners including other contractors supporting federally funded initiatives
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Prepare reports briefings and presentations for stakeholders and leadership

• 12 years of project management experience preferably in public health healthcare or data-focused environments
• Demonstrated experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong understanding of data management analytics and governance principles
• Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills
• Experience working with federal programs or government contracts

• PMP Agile or similar project management certification
• Familiarity with CDC disease surveillance epidemiology or infectious disease programs
• Experience coordinating interdisciplinary technical teams
• Knowledge of data privacy security and regulatory requirements in public health

• Bachelors degree in Public Health Data Science Health Informatics or a related field (Masters preferred)

• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Public Trust clearance. Due to contract requirements candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (green card holders) to be eligible.
