Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient conditions administering treatments and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document medical histories
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor patient progress and report any significant changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies
- Ensure adherence to safety regulatory and infection control standards
- Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of clinical or hospital nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Experience with EMR systems
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
