About the Role:
This position is part of Caterpillars Oil Gas and Marine organization and offers the opportunity to lead the development and execution of G20CM34 natural gas power generation projects across Caterpillars Oil Gas & Marine and Electric Power Division. Projects support a wide range of customer applications including data centers utilities large commercial and industrial customers and oilfield production power.
This role provides the opportunity to demonstrate technical acumen while developing projects. This role will have project engineering responsibility and will be the primary interface between the customers engineering activity and the GCM34 Application Engineering team. The Project Engineer will own this responsibility from customer proposal through project commissioning.

What You Will Do:
- Listen understand document and communicate the customers technical inquiries to the supporting application engineering team
- Deliver professional and organized responses that delight the customer and the owners engineers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (BS) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Cross-functional project engineering experience
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer site travel experience

Summary Pay Range:
$128470.00 - $192710.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
